If you would like to receive water baptism, or transfer your membership to Deer Run Church, please  fill out this form, you will receive more information from the office staff on how to proceed.
Baptism classes begin in the Spring and Fall.
The following is a covenant between you and Deer Run Church:






Church Membership as described in the Deer Run Church Constitution:
Membership is voluntary. A person wanting to become a member must meet the criteria for membership. Memberships are not binding; they can be transferred to another church, be released, or nullified.
I understand that if I do not attend Deer Run Church for over 1 year, my membership will be up for review- it could be placed as in-active and eventually my membership may be released.


*As a witness, I affirm that the information given by the applicant is true and I do affirm and recommend him/her for baptism.
